Key Responsibilities

  • •Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting.
  • •Complete buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush tasks.
  • •Prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork as part of the reconditioning process.
  • •Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
  • •Be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to heat/cold as needed.
  • •Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
