Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans, monitoring performance, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring timely closure.
  • •Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to align on communication and execution of commitments and performance targets.
  • •Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), leading material and supplier strategies to support program execution and deliverables.
  • •Establish and maintain best-in-class procurement processes aligned with corporate and division procedures and training guides.
  • •Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive tactical strategies for recovery, including systemic operational procurement improvements using procurement/materials tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 164,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
  • •Must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export regulations for access to export-controlled information.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Strong understanding of global supply chain functions and related components.
