Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan, and drive end-to-end AI cluster delivery programs spanning solution architecture, platform readiness, validation, deployment, customer support, and lifecycle execution.
  • •Lead execution across small to large-scale cluster initiatives involving multiple technical domains and stakeholder groups.
  • •Own program artifacts including integrated schedules, resource and lab capacity plans, deployment plans, validation readiness trackers, risk/issue logs, and executive status summaries.
  • •Provide clear program status and dependency mapping with executive-level visibility across internal and external/customer deployments and support readiness.
  • •Identify actions and mitigation plans for technical, schedule, capacity, deployment, and customer-impacting risks; collect and publish performance data via dashboards and readiness reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Experience as a program manager owning end-to-end delivery programs across multiple technical domains.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex hardware, firmware, software, networking, and datacenter-scale environments.
  • •Ability to manage risk and drive cross-functional execution across architecture, engineering, validation, deployment, and lab operations stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated program management capability creating and maintaining integrated schedules, resource/lab capacity plans, and risk/issue logs.
