•Execute XRPL ecosystem growth strategy across Europe, adapting to local regulatory and market conditions.
•Source, evaluate, and support high-quality startups and developers building on XRPL.
•Manage relationships with strategic partners including accelerators, VCs, and fintech service providers.
•Guide startups from early ideation to mainnet deployment and support portfolio companies post-funding.
•Build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines through programs, grants, and outreach; track partnership performance and iterate on strategies.
