  • •SoC Enablement/Validation/Debug Activities: Drive post-silicon IP enablement and functional/electrical validation activities
  • •SoC Power and Performance Attainment: Drive the teams for bounding box attainment and validation for power/performance across PVT conditions
  • •Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team; plan headcount and allocate resources
  • •Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify risks, triage blocking issues, and coordinate resolution with architecture/validation/debug teams
  • •Stakeholder Communication: Provide progress updates and maintain dashboards for projects and deliverables

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering
  • •15+ years of industry experience in semiconductor/embedded systems
  • •Strong leadership and people management experience
  • •Experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation, RTL integration and platform-level validation
  • •Proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional dependencies
