Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach the GCC Management Reporting & Data Foundations team to ensure high-quality deliverables and business partnership.
  • •Deliver management reporting and analytical insights across business units, channels, and product hierarchies, identifying trends and drivers for senior leadership.
  • •Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, methodology compliance, and on-time executive packages and KPI dashboard delivery.
  • •Drive automation and streamline reporting processes using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, and AI-enabled analytics.
  • •Supervise data quality routines, reconciliations, and master data governance, partnering with IT and source-system owners to resolve issues at the source.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or finance transformation with exposure to management reporting, KPI frameworks, or data governance.
  • •Good knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and modern self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake).
  • •Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • •Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance (asset).
