Job Summary

Passionate machine learning engineer to design, develop, and deploy NLP/DL-based solutions at Docusign. You will research and experiment with state-of-the-art ML methods for contractual/legal data, build models for documents, and work with product teams to translate requirements into production-ready ML systems within the Docusign Agreement Cloud. This hybrid role involves collaboration with the ML team and product management, located in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the ML team to research, test, and evaluate NLP/ML/DL methods for contractual/legal data
•Apply NLP techniques to extend rule-based, supervised, and unsupervised methods in production systems
•Develop and apply ML/DL algorithms for NLP tasks such as named entity recognition, POS tagging, parsing, sentiment analysis, clustering, and text prediction
•Understand and contribute to the end-to-end software development and release processes within the product
•Deploy models to production and work with Product Management to translate requirements into measurable ML success metrics

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying and monitoring machine learning and deep learning solutions
•Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, spaCy, scikit-learn or equivalent
•Programming experience in Python and at least one of: C#, Java, C/C++
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics, statistics, econometrics, operations research, applied mathematics or equivalent field
•Experience with sequence-based Deep Learning models and latest LLM technologies (e.g., GPT, Gemini, LLaMA)
