Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop internal platforms, frameworks, accelerators, reusable libraries, templates, and toolkits for AI-powered solutions, including generative AI and LLM integrations.
  • •Design build, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines for AI applications, implementing observability, continuous evaluation, and ongoing improvement practices.
  • •Enable engineering teams with best practices in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, security, and reliability.
  • •Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, enterprise applications, and data platforms.
  • •Define and document technical standards, architectural guidelines, governance practices, and knowledge assets to support scalability and reusability.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of software engineering experience using Python or a similar programming language.
  • •1+ years of experience developing APIs, microservices, and systems integrations.
  • •1+ years of hands-on experience with pipelines, workflow automation, CI/CD practices, and cloud-based scalable platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience with generative AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or AI agents (nice to have).
