Learn step by step how metal constructions are created: plan work using technical drawings, process sheet metal using different fabrication methods, and produce parts that later form assemblies. You’ll operate metalworking machines and systems, manufacture and mount metal components, and support quality assurance by checking parts. The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years with part-time vocational school attendance in parallel to hands-on placements.
