Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide orientation and education to new field and internal personnel through courses, educational videos, and one-on-one sessions as needed.
  • •Track training progress and report updates against established goals, adjusting goals and communications as circumstances require.
  • •Coach and mentor field personnel and internal staff to support effective development.
  • •Monitor training operations to identify opportunities to expand service offerings and improve processes using best practices.
  • •Maintain training materials and support onboarding for new field representatives and internal personnel in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance.
