Lead onsite fulfillment shipping activities by directing and supporting team members to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ensure employees follow pharmacy regulations, keep work areas clean, and safely handle and package medications. Maintain time management and momentum to meet goals and deadlines, while continuously improving the process. Communicate professionally with coworkers and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
