Job Summary

Own customer-facing technical engagements for Grafana Cloud as part of the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. Deliver demos, hands-on enablement, and technical presentations, partner with Sales to articulate value and help close opportunities, and drive product conversations based on customer needs. Feed insights back to Product and Engineering through a continuous feedback loop, while also contributing to documentation, blog posts, videos, and enablement materials.

•Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on products and the competitive landscape.
•Enhance documentation and create enablement content such as blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space.

•First-class written and oral communication skills to articulate value and technical advantages to customers.
•A technical mindset and desire to grow technically (including post-sales or engineering experience, or recent coding bootcamp background).
