Provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, operating POS accurately and maintaining an organized, well-merchandised store. Support brand engagement through personalized assistance, add-on recommendations, gift card promotion, and compliant customer information capture. Receive and process shipments and transfers, maintain stockroom cleanliness, manage inventory replenishment, follow Loss Prevention guidelines, and support sales floor needs across a flexible retail schedule.
