Key Responsibilities

  • •Work inside a product team with the same stand-ups, code review, and production access as full-time engineers.
  • •Own at least one meaningful project end to end: idea, build, ship, and observe usage.
  • •Ship work on real systems from early on (not a sandbox) and learn through breaking/fixing.
  • •Collaborate with engineers to support AI-native incident features and improve incident outcomes.

  • •Collaborate in person and be comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
