Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing great customer support. Load and unload vehicles, perform inspections to keep the vehicles safe to drive, and complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely, maintain a clean record, and meet operational requirements including DOT medical and drug testing. Shift runs 11am–9pm with rotating days off.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load and unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe operation.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Meet role requirements such as notary licensing and state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements (where applicable).

•All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
