Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, then translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications and components (custom objects, fields, triggers, workflows, and validation rules).
  • •Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and manage data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • •Perform unit, functional, and integration testing, and work with QA teams on UAT while resolving identified issues.
  • •Deploy Salesforce applications across environments and monitor/optimize performance, while creating and maintaining technical documentation and providing ongoing support.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience in the role or related occupation, or alternatively a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
  • •3+ years implementing Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • •2+ years implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • •Experience with Apex development and building process automations using Flows/Triggers (3+ years each).
  • •2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Marketing Cloud (3+ years).
