Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and respond to regulatory documentation requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • •Maintain and update regulatory compliance databases and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and regulatory readiness.
  • •Prepare and review regulatory documents for nutrition products, including vitamins, lipids, carotenoids, HMOs, and other specialized ingredients.
  • •Collaborate with global Regulatory Affairs teams and cross-functional departments to address customer inquiries and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • •2–3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, preferably in food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and documentation management processes.
  • •Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and strong English communication for cross-functional collaboration.
