Key Requirements

  • •B.S./M.S. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology (or related) with 2+ years of laboratory experience focused on NGS workflows.
  • •Proficient in Illumina sequencing library preparation for DNA/RNA with understanding of biochemistry and assay design.
  • •Hands-on experience operating Illumina sequencers and troubleshooting runs.
  • •Experience with single-cell workflows (10x Genomics GEM-X and/or 10x Genomics Flex assays) is strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated QC experience for nucleic acids/libraries (e.g., fragment analysis, fluorometric quantification, library quantification) plus strong organization and documentation attention to detail.
