Lead and coordinate market research projects end-to-end as a contractor, overseeing cross-functional teams (programming, data processing, sampling, media processing) to deliver high-quality online projects on time. Maintain client communication, manage budgets and scope, and ensure alignment with Ipsos IIS practices in a hybrid Malaysia-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the implementation of the project with programming, data processing, sampling and media processing teams to ensure all resources for realising the project
•Organize project meetings with programmers and data analysts to communicate objectives, clarify requirements, identify risks and propose solutions
•Analyze field evolution according to IIS procedures and propose solutions to achieve quality and timely delivery
•Interact with external suppliers for resources to support project development
•Manage client relations throughout the project and provide periodic updates on progress and outcomes

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of working experience in Market Research/Marketing/Client Service
•Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
•Good command in English language
•Able to work independently and to manage a market research project team
•Structured, logical thinking, good organizational skills, self-motivation and flexibility
