Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and employee expense tracking.
  • •Run monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and related employee mandates.
  • •Handle calculations and compliance for direct and indirect taxes, and maintain secretarial compliances, corporate records, and statutory registers.
  • •Monitor regulatory changes impacting Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI guidelines and ensure continuous compliance.
  • •Liaise with government authorities for audits and assessments, and collaborate with the international finance team to support annual audit documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, TDS, payroll compliance, the Companies Act, and ROC filings.
  • •Exceptional proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, payroll systems, and an accounting ERP.
  • •Full professional fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written), with local regional language command highly advantageous.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage multiple operational priorities accurately with minimal guidance.
