Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Commercial & Specialty Insurance clients to define business strategies and deliver transformation aligned to growth, operational excellence, and customer objectives.
  • •Assess business capabilities, operating models, organisational structures, and processes to identify improvement, simplification, and value-creation opportunities.
  • •Design Target Operating Models, future-state capabilities, and strategic roadmaps that support long-term business objectives.
  • •Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, operations, technology, data, and risk to shape priorities and support delivery.
  • •Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven insight, using AI-enabled ways of working to improve analysis, accelerate delivery, and support better outcomes while using responsible AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering business strategy, business analysis, or transformation consulting in Commercial & Specialty Insurance or the wider insurance sector.
  • •Experience supporting strategic transformation initiatives, including Target Operating Model design, operating model evolution, organisational change, or business process improvement.
  • •Strong understanding of Commercial & Specialty Insurance operating models and core functions such as underwriting, claims, distribution, policy administration, or broker operations.
  • •Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • •Curiosity for modern technologies and AI-enabled ways of working, with the ability to apply approved AI tools responsibly.
