Job Summary

Operate and monitor production plants at MSW-Chemie in Langelsheim in a semi-continuous rotating shift schedule. Handle loading/unloading and storage of materials including hazardous goods with labeling and load securing. Take samples and perform simple analyses to ensure product quality, support maintenance/repairs/revisions/cleaning, and independently troubleshoot and document production issues. Stand in for shift leadership when qualified.

Key Responsibilities

•Unload, load, and store materials including hazardous goods, performing labeling and load securing according to regulations
•Operate, control, and monitor production plants during shift work
•Conduct sampling and simple analyses to ensure product quality across input, intermediate, and final stages
•Prepare and support maintenance, repairs, revisions, and cleaning; independently eliminate and document malfunctions in production
•Represent the shift manager as needed and if qualified

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed training as Chemikant:in or several years of experience in the described tasks
•Willingness to work in semi-continuous rotating shifts (early, midday, night)
•High motivation and willingness to learn to reliably support production with strong safety awareness
•Proof of qualification to operate forklifts is required; crane operation qualification is desirable
•Secure German skills (at least B2)
