Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone, building and expanding client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals. Meet client service and branch sales targets by advising on deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, and submitting consumer loan applications. Support teller operations by cross-training as needed, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and continuously build product and sales knowledge through training and learning.
