Job Summary

Own and grow Mixpanel’s solution partner and channel ecosystem across Japan and South Korea, building partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Recruit and enable the right solution, channel, and reseller partners, define ideal partner profiles, and create joint GTM plans. Negotiate partnership agreements, manage enablement materials, and run day-to-day PRM operations and reporting to drive co-sell success and forecasted revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow solution, channel, and reseller partner portfolios across Japan and Korea to generate partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, and resell revenue.
•Define ideal partner profiles for Japan and Korea and lead structured outreach to recruit partners.
•Build partner-specific business plans and develop joint GTM plans with partners, including value propositions, co-sell motions, and outcomes.
•Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, co-sell commitments, and revenue expectations.
•Manage PRM operations and reporting in systems like Salesforce and PartnerStack, including deal registrations, onboarding workflows, pipeline tracking, and quarterly progress.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with 3+ years building agency, consulting, or channel partner GTM motions.
•Direct experience building, managing, or scaling partner relationships across the Japanese and/or Korean markets.
•Demonstrated track record driving partner-sourced pipeline and running effective co-sell programs.
•Strong commercial instincts across pipeline creation, opportunity progression, forecasting, and deal acceleration.
•Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, including terms, co-sell commitments, and commercial incentives.
