•Identify, evaluate, and develop sources of supply across domestic and global markets, and lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract development.
•Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply risks, and use commodity data, spend analytics, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
•Manage supplier performance, support new product development, facilitate sourcing events (competitive bidding and reverse auctions), and contribute to supply chain resilience initiatives.

•Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related experience in a multi-site or global environment.
•Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement/enterprise tools including JDE/SAP/QlikView, Portal, Insight, IBEE, and Team Center.
•Knowledge of purchasing systems and principles, including sourcing strategies such as low-cost country sourcing, auctions, and VA/VE.
•Experience developing and implementing sourcing or commodity strategies and analyzing data, market trends, and supplier performance.
