Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deliver an over-arching industrial relations strategy across all global entities, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
  • •Develop and manage frameworks to enable collaboration and knowledge transfer across the Group, including building capabilities in employment legislation and industrial agreements.
  • •Support the development and implementation of manager training programs to strengthen labour relations, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • •Monitor labour market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to anticipate industrial relations issues and recommend proactive measures.
  • •Report and present global industrial metrics, trends, and initiatives to senior management to mitigate risk and inform decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on industrial relations in a global, multi-cultural organisation.
