Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as internal technical expert for revenue accounting, advising stakeholders on IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and related transactions.
  • •Develop and implement revenue recognition policies and processes, including interpretation of authoritative guidance and preparation of technical memos.
  • •Manage the monthly revenue close process, ensuring timely close items completion and maintaining revenue-related schedules and reports.
  • •Prepare revenue disclosures, support financial statement preparation, and drive revenue reporting/process improvements.
  • •Partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and FP&A; monitor IFRS/SEC developments for compliance; coordinate external audit and internal audit reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 96,100 - 134,700

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years in an accounting/finance role (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •CPA with Big Four and public company experience.
  • •Deep technical accounting expertise in IFRS/US GAAP revenue recognition, including IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented, independent approach to meeting deadlines.
  • •Experience training technical accounting concepts to teams and partnering with leadership.
