Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the target-state treasury technology architecture, including data foundation, application layer, and build-vs-buy sequencing
  • •Build and govern a treasury data foundation that serves as the single source of truth for banking, cash, payments, and investment data
  • •Automate daily/monthly treasury processes (cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, cash flash reporting, bank account management, payments) with Claude-powered workflows
  • •Define the integration surface across banks, connectivity providers, TMS, ERP, and internal finance systems so treasury is a well-governed node in the data ecosystem
  • •Run the function by setting direction for and unblocking one to two finance systems engineers and reviewing technical designs

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech
  • •Deep treasury domain knowledge including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, cash pooling structures, or payment workflows
  • •Owned architecture and platform decisions for an internal finance or data platform across multiple systems and vendors
  • •Track record shipping internal platforms or finance systems with an engineering team
  • •Led complex system design and infrastructure programs and can lead implementations (TMS, ERP module, or similar) from design through go-live
