Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all aspects of overhead transmission line projects, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • •Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for overhead transmission lines to ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project implementation.
  • •Supervise construction activities, including tower erection, conductor stringing, and installation of hardware and accessories, to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on overhead line projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of transmission line design, construction, and maintenance practices, including tower configurations, conductor types, and insulation methods.
  • •Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and AutoCAD.
