Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement program strategy, goals, execution plans, and program-wide processes, standards, and KPIs.
  • •Oversee all phases of design and construction, ensuring alignment with educational needs, district standards, and applicable codes and policies.
  • •Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including design managers, project managers, and project controls professionals, and plan staffing/utilization.
  • •Manage program budgets, forecasts, funding sources, and ensure cost-effective delivery and value engineering practices.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for district leadership, manage program documentation governance, report status/variances, and communicate risks and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 20 years of experience in capital project/program management.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale higher education capital programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, project controls, and educational facility standards.
