Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, inspire and empower a talented group of engineers to self-organize and deliver end-to-end software solutions
  • •Collaborate with product, design and data to understand customer needs and drive outcomes, delivering value in small batches
  • •Mentor, coach and retain engineering talent in a hyper-growing environment
  • •Ensure software solutions meet non-functional requirements such as availability, scalability, latency and efficiency
  • •Guide discovery, planning and execution to deliver value to customers with strong stakeholder communication

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably within Extreme Programming environments (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring) and 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management.
  • •Experience in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, and RESTful Services) and designing, implementing, monitoring and scaling web apps and APIs.
  • •Experience with trunk-based development and Continuous Delivery, plus cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • •Strong stakeholder and dependency management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to mentor, coach and elevate talent, leading cross-functional, self-organized teams.
