Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow customer calls and technical deep-dives with enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • •Build and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases, including web security, performance, and serverless computing.
  • •Participate in workshops on Cloudflare technologies such as Workers, Zero Trust, DNS, DDoS mitigation, and WAF.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to solve customer technical questions.
  • •Document customer requirements and translate them into solution architectures, rotating across regional customer teams every 4 months.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated within the past 2 years (or equivalent demonstrated technical experience via boot camps, self-study, or professional work).
  • •Explain core networking concepts such as DNS resolution and what happens when you visit a URL (TCP/UDP differences).
  • •Available to start in July 2026 and commit to 12 months including regional rotations.
  • •Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • •Authorized to work without sponsorship.
