Key Responsibilities

•Act as a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues and escalate as required.
•Protect Partners and customers by patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft.
•Monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour and support investigations where required.
•Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
•Support and coach fellow Partners on minimising shrinkage and completing procedures correctly, including de-escalating conflict situations professionally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,000 - 41,000 annually

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Have great attention to detail to spot trends and signs of profit loss.
•Good customer service and relationship building skills.
•Support shrinkage reduction by addressing external/internal dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error.
