Key Responsibilities

  • •Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers on digital channels (e.g., Zoom, appointment scheduling, Docu Sign, Online/Mobile/ATM banking).
  • •Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, service-to-sales, and appointment setting.
  • •Acquire and deepen customer relationships through prospecting and referral-based selling to meet branch sales goals.
  • •Handle teller transactions, including cash balancing, and assist with complex branch operational duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • •Customer service experience required.
  • •Minimum 1 year in banking/financial services and building customer relationships, sales/production goals, and referral sources preferred.
  • •Prior cash handling and/or teller experience strongly preferred.
