Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned projects end-to-end as project manager/program manager, including overall project administration and establishing project objectives and policies.
  • •Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management; ensure delivery aligns with design, budget, and schedule through project teams.
  • •Support project lifecycle from feasibility through preliminary/detailed design, issue-for-bid, construction, start-up, and commissioning.
  • •Facilitate kickoff and milestone planning (including page-turn design reviews and equipment fabrication reviews at 30%, 60%, and 100%).
  • •Lead proposal capture and business development activities, including identifying opportunities, determining project fees, preparing/leading client presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree with 6 years of relevant project management experience (or equivalent).
  • •Project management experience directly related to power generation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Demonstrated success working in a remote team environment.
