Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide innovation methodology and coaching to teams to help them succeed in innovation sprints.
  • •Take full ownership of the Innovation Council process, including screening ideas and coaching seed-funded teams.
  • •Accompany teams through their innovation journey by resolving obstacles and ensuring smooth progress, including integration of external team members from startups.
  • •Collect and aggregate learnings from innovation sprints to identify patterns, insights, and improvement areas.
  • •Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience coaching, innovation management, or a similar role, including innovation methodologies such as Human-Centered Design, Open Innovation, and Lean Startup.
  • •Experience implementing innovation methodologies and frameworks.
  • •Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical use.
  • •Knowledge of the Allianz IT landscape and/or insurance knowledge.
  • •Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizational processes to drive outcomes.
