Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Q&R pre-silicon design team to develop and deploy methodologies, tools, and flows enabling customers to meet reliability requirements on Intel technologies.
  • •Mentor and develop design and quality/reliability engineers; build collaboration structures with internal and external partners.
  • •Develop innovative solutions that improve design quality and reliability and enable full utilization of Intel technology capabilities.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to align tools and methods with internal expectations and the customer ecosystem.
  • •Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • •12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree (8+ with a Master’s, or 6+ with a PhD) in software development, engineering, or related domain.
  • •Proven expertise using reliability design tools for leading-edge products and designs.
  • •Strong technical background in design engineering, architecture, and lifecycle management.
  • •Experience leading and managing teams and delivering quality/reliability outcomes, including performance metrics analysis and root-cause methodologies.
