Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Agile Scrum Master for 3–4 scrum teams developing firmware and ensure scrum process is followed.

  • •Coordinate development and documentation activities across software, firmware, and other functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management and/or Scrum Master roles.
  • •Extensive experience delivering firmware or device driver programs using Agile methodology.
  • •Proficiency with MS Azure DevOps and program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
