Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, development, and validation of algorithmic capabilities such as tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting.
  • •Bridge system design and requirements management with modeling and simulation (M&S) and verification & validation (V&V) activities.
  • •Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams, defining success in the face of ambiguity.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience, with a degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated use of model based systems engineering (MBSE) across the program lifecycle, including tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, and AFSIM.
  • •Proficiency in Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
  • •Skilled in statistics, AI/ML, requirements, testing, and MBSE, and able to apply engineering standards into engineering processes or requirements.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly; comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities; must be authorized to work in the United States; eligible for an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
