Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
•Supervise activities on-site, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
•Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
•Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of working experience in construction/project management; 5 years of relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods and materials; ERP/SAP functional skills preferred.
•Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams; ability to manage on-site activities.
•Ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
