Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform real-time monitoring of security alerts and events across the security stack (SIEM, firewalls, ZTNA, DLP, email filtering, EDR).
  • •Triage, analyze, investigate, and escalate security incidents including phishing, unauthorized access, and malware detections.
  • •Act as incident scribe by maintaining accurate logs and documentation during cyber incident response, following SOPs.
  • •Assist with security tool administration: onboarding log sources into SIEM and monitoring platform health; help tune EDR/DLP to improve alert fidelity.
  • •Validate and prioritize vulnerability scan results and collaborate with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and support compliance/audit activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
  • •Hands-on experience with security monitoring and incident response.
  • •Experience with SIEM platforms, DLP, email filters, ZTNA, EDR, and MDM solutions.
  • •Experience running vulnerability scans and processing results.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (or an Associate’s degree with additional relevant experience).
