Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the scoping review protocol and work with an information specialist to design the search strategy.
  • •Manage search results, undertake screening, data extraction, and analysis for the scoping review.
  • •Provide weekly updates on progress to the team and communicate issues affecting objectives and deadlines.
  • •Present research outputs, including drafting academic publications, and participate in dissemination such as seminars and posters.
  • •Support project workstreams including research prioritisation and piloting qualitative interviews, and assist with research administration and training/grant development.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
  • •Practical experience applying evidence synthesis skills and techniques.
  • •Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • •Competency using EPPI Reviewer and qualitative data analysis software such as MAXQDA.
  • •Knowledge of protected characteristics and duties under the Equality Act 2010, including the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED).
