Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes end-to-end (e.g., hire, job changes, compensation, terminations, absence, performance), including conditional rules, routing, notifications, and approvals.
  • •Optimize people systems by simplifying and automating Workday configuration so it matches Oura workflows.
  • •Design and refine self-service workflows, forms, and notifications for employees and managers (onboarding, time off, org changes).
  • •Maintain security and data governance by managing Workday security groups and role-based access, auditing and ensuring compliant restriction of data.
  • •Build reports and support integrations by partnering on EIBs/Core Connectors and third-party systems, troubleshooting data issues, and coordinating release testing and UAT.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration/configuration experience, including business process framework, calculated fields, and conditional rules.
  • •Independently configure, test, and deploy changes across Workday tenants (sandbox/preview/production) with strong change management practices.
  • •Understand the Workday security model and be able to audit and remediate access (security groups, domain/business process policies).
  • •Support Workday releases with regression testing and coordinate UAT with HR and business stakeholders.
  • •Translate ambiguous business requests into well-documented configurations, with a strong focus on end-user experience.
