Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer AI strategy and business-critical challenges into problem-solution fits and Celonis solutions.
  • •Rapidly build prototypes in customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • •Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned to customers’ AI strategy and measure adoption/value realization.
  • •Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives and ensure successful project outcomes until agreed value thresholds are reached.
  • •Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • •Excellent English communication and strong academic performance.
  • •Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • •Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools/technologies.
