Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and domain modeling for complex distributed systems within the OMS ecosystem, including service boundaries, data contracts, and event interaction patterns.
  • •Champion domain-driven design by identifying bounded contexts, eliminating implicit coupling, and surfacing shared language across teams.
  • •Write, review, and guide production-quality code and engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, feature flagging, progressive delivery, trunk-based development).
  • •Operate with full production ownership: on-call participation, reliability engineering (SLOs/error budgets), and maintaining runbooks/operational documentation.
  • •Serve as a senior technical resource during complex incidents and lead blameless post-incident reviews to drive durable system improvements.

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems, distributed architectures, and platform/product engineering at scale.
