Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble electro-mechanical components using work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions.
  • •Use tools and fixtures to crimp, stake, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, or press-fit parts to secure them in place.
  • •Mount electrical components and perform electrical connections using soldering or related bonding procedures.
  • •Test parts in-process using multimeters and dielectric machines, and assist with resolving production failures or product issues.
  • •Identify and initiate continuous improvement for product safety, quality, and efficiency in a team flow-assembly environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
  • •Associates/technical degree in an applicable field (preferred).
  • •6+ months of soldering and blueprint reading experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools, with basic understanding of electronic theory and Ohm’s law.
