Job Summary

Operate stretch blow molding machines on the night shift to produce quality rigid-plastic PET containers. Perform inspections, cleaning, lubricating, and tightening of machine assemblies, and use test equipment and SPC methods to identify and correct out-of-spec production. Pack containers, move materials with lift trucks, and follow GMP and Food Safety/SQF compliance requirements. Work a rotating 15-days-per-month schedule and flex into packaging duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Start/stop stretch blow-molding machines to produce quality rigid-plastic containers.
•Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and tightening of machine assemblies.
•Inspect containers using test equipment, statistical quality methods, and visual inspection techniques; apply SPC methodologies to adjust machines and manage changeovers.
•Pack containers into boxes/cartons at production-line speeds and stack packed units while monitoring for out-of-spec production.
•Safely operate lift trucks and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to GMP and Food Safety/SQF compliance.

•Ability to complete routine paperwork accurately and work overtime as needed.
