Key Requirements

  • •10-15+ years’ experience as a metal forming technician.
  • •Proven experience setting up and operating plate rolling machines to form cylinders, cones, and curved shapes (various metal thicknesses).
  • •Extensive experience operating hydraulic press brakes for forming and bending.
  • •Knowledge of alloys/metals and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • •Proficiency using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors, tape measures) and ability to own manufacturing tasks start to finish.
