Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a strategic framework for innovation aligned with organizational goals and best practices globally; oversee its monitoring and periodic reporting.
  • •Set policies, processes, and governance for innovation initiatives and ensure they are applied and updated regularly.
  • •Measure, monitor, and report on innovation performance indicators and related initiatives across the organization.
  • •Lead the management of the IP framework, including development, registration, and updating of IP assets.
  • •Create and manage startup support initiatives, incubation programs, and collaboration with ecosystem partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or public administration from an accredited institution
  • •9 years of relevant practical experience in the field of specialization (for Master’s)
  • •Demonstrated high analytical thinking and ability to identify, review, improve and streamline multiple workflows
  • •Advanced computer literacy with broad application software proficiency
