Finance Manager

Serve as a senior financial decision-maker for an affiliate or line of business by analyzing performance and growth opportunities. Assist the affiliate/LOB CFO in developing action plans to sustain profitable growth, support profit center managers with revenue and cost-efficiency strategies, and coordinate with Bancorp Finance to achieve financial goals. Own annual profit planning and rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis, generate forecasts and trend insights, and guide teams through planning, metrics, training, and process improvement.
